About this session:

Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) compliance in restrooms goes beyond just toilet stall width and sink height. Proper restroom design, operations and ongoing maintenance can help your restrooms increase functionality and compliance – while avoiding civil rights issues and legal ramifications. In this session, we will discuss how to evaluate restroom accessibility according to ADA requirements, and review the impact of the law on restroom design, dispenser and fixture selection and occupant use patterns. Additionally, strategies for maintaining ADA-compliant restrooms in your facilities.
