About this session:

The purpose of this session is to provide insights to BSC decision makers in a way that enables them to fully understand, evaluate, and justify their investments in robotic floor scrubbers and vacuums. It’s common knowledge that labor costs account for the largest share of total cleaning costs. Floor care consumes a considerable portion of cleaning labor.

This session will focus on how our company is bridging the chasm between the growing robotic manufactures/distributors and BSCs by developing floor care workflow with robotics. Our current floor cleaning workflow includes floor scrubbing and vacuum robotics. We will discuss how automation has allowed the reassignment of labor, increased our productivity and the challenges faced in the process. It will also cover change management, how to reduce costs and identify opportunities that create more value, workflow management system and reporting.

Learning Objectives:

1. Understand, evaluate and jutify investments in robotic equipment
2. Discuss floor care workflow with robotics
3. Explain how automation changes processes
4. Identify opportunities with robotics
