About this session:

Facility managers can now source cleaning products that disclose their ingredients. This is an important step in protecting custodial teams and building occupants from product ingredients that can cause asthma, skin rash and chronic disease. This discussion will explore how the industry is navigating California’s new ingredient labeling law by turning to a standardized Formula Facts label for cleaning products modeled on the Nutrition Facts label for food. Panelists will demonstrate how they have used ingredient labels to improve procurement and illuminate which common chemicals to look out for as ingredient labeling goes mainstream.
